Lower prices

Quite often Proshop prices are lower than in any other store available from Norway. And the variety of goods is wider too.

One time I got a faulty unit, which showed its problems only some months later, but that wasn't Proshop's fault, and I got a replacement directly from manufacturer, so the one I got from Proshop was a genuine unit.

Screwed by bad webdesign

Due to terrible website design I got the wrong color even though I thought I was going to get the one I wanted. Turns out, no. And because I had checked the color when it arrived, no refund, no nothing. Never again.

Checked the order, and since the site looked simplistic, I still had reason to believe that it worked like that and that you didn't put that much thought into naming products. Still terrible webdesign any way you look at it. If it confuses people it is nothing but atrocious.

Excellent. Smooth and quick. Great choice.

Have ordered a few times and also had to return a product, as it was not the correct one for my application (I purchased the wrong model). Everything went very smoothly and quickly!! It is a pleasure to shop from companies who value customers.
I also value the choice of electronics, often not found on other Norwegian stores!

Fast deivery and low prices

Ive ordered from this store multiple times and have always gotten my packages on time. their customer support team is aso astonishing, I experienced recieveng a broken product and just had to give them a call and i recieved my item a couple of days later

Simple, fast and effective.
Both recommended. The online store and of course the product. Logitech is always among the best. 😊

Good quality, not extremely fast.

Large choice of hardware, relatively quick between ordering and receiving.
Taking a star out for the inaccuracies of the availability. All products were supposed to be either in stock or "in stock in 1-3 days". It turns out, it was more 4-5 days before it even reached the warehouse, plus a few more before getting delivered. But once the ordered was processed, on the next working day, it was mostly transparent.

Ordered a Saturday, arrived at the delivery point 9 days later. Not fantastic, not horrible. Would recommend, and will order again.

The ordered products were of good quality.

Unfortunately uses PostNord

PostNord delivery experience is pretty terrible. It's slow, often delayed, and tends to be dropped off at very random places. Prices are a little high overall. Good selection though.

First time using Proshop.no. Very impressed! They have a good range of competitively priced products. Easy to use website and quick delivery.

Item not yet delivered after 22 days

Item not yet delivered after 22 days, no pricing policy, they dropped the price of my item about 15% few days after the payment.
Another item marked as in stock 3 days shipment, not yet shipped after one week, I've requested the canceling before the shipment but they refused.
Customer support not responding. I'm now getting in contact with an Advokat to defend me against this scam .

faulty phone

Bought a nothing phone 1 on launch, which turns out to be faylty. Problem is repeatedly system crashing at worst several times a day. Turned it in after 2-3 months and Proshop found no problem ofcourse and had to pay 600kr for checking the devixe. I thought maybe a software update could fix but no, a year later still same problem. Sent it in a second time with more proof but because of screen damage they denied it. Even though i refered to same problem earlier when they checked it when the screen was fine they just denied it. No understanding of my problem and now I'm stuck with a faulty device and 1200kr less in "checking" the device. Could probably fetch android system crash from the os somewhere but I don't know how and I'm certain Proshop dont either. Unproffesional seller with perhaps the baddest buyer conditions in norway.

I was very satisfied with my entire…

I was very satisfied with my entire purchase experience with Proshop..attractive and unbeatable prices..Quick response to phone query's .Flexible with customer needs.
Was very impressed with the way he expedited my process after there was a delay from the supplier side

All in all very reliable and highly recommended
