Customer service at its best.

I found dealing with Marks Electrical so pleasant from start to finish.The delivery drivers were Craig Ward and Aman were so pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond,nothing was too much trouble.Such a refreshing change,a very happy customer.Thankyou 😊

Mark's Appliance

I heard about Mark's through their radio ads on sports talk radio stations.
Unexpectedly, our washer started leaking, so we visited Mark's. Brent was a tremendous salesman. Explained various washers and their options as well as warranties. Best part of the experience - he listened to our needs and wants.
We will go back for more purchases.

We have purchased a washer

We have purchased a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher from these guys. The sales staff is very knowledgeable. The delivery and install was stellar.

We have also called upon their service staff for advice and repairs. We found them to be honest, reasonably priced, and punctual. A true 5 star provider from purchase to maintenance.

Mark’s loaned us a refrigerator to use…

Mark’s loaned us a refrigerator to use while our new refrigerator was on order (our old refrigerator had stopped working). They came to the house to measure the space and help us find something we knew would fit. The crew installed it, took away the loaner and made sure all the packing material was off, all the shelving was installed and we understood the operation. Everyone was very professional and helpful.

I worked with Jerry and he was great at…

I worked with Jerry and he was great at providing me the information on the dish washers I was looking at. I had a another purchase from Marks about 7-8 years ago and had a warranty issue. Its a long story but the appliance was out or warranty and Mark step up and took care of the repair no questions asked. I told him that he didn't have to do it, but he wouldn't take no for an answer. I will always purchase my appliances from Mark's and recommend his company to any one that is looking.

Going above and beyond

There was a miscommunication regarding the online price and the total price once in the store. Abe and Drew went above and beyond in reaching a compromise, and even threw in a free garbage disposal without me even asking about it. Tremendous customer service.

Great company to work with!!

Great company to work with, have bought complete kitchen appliances there when we redid our kitchen. Have also purchased 9 or more appliances from them for the South Calhoun Retirement Center. Great service all around!

I was looking for a refrigerator

I was looking for a refrigerator, but very limited due to dimensions. Jerry took his time in trying to help me and was able to not only find a few but one I liked. He even came in on his day off to write up the order to make sure I got it. Oh, he also helped with a dishwasher as well. Thanks Jerry! Very professional atmosphere and everyone very nice. I have gone to Mark’s before and will continue to go there in the future.

Kevin was very informative about the washing machines that I was interested in. I also liked that he gave me some space so I could compare the products on my own. My first choice will always be to shop with local and hometown businesses.

A great company with which to do business

A great team from start to finish. Kevin is very responsive answering questions and helpful in making the right decisions. The delivery team was on time and was respectful of my space. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and wants to the best for the customer.

We needed an electric range fast

We needed an electric range fast. Ours had stopped working about a month ago, and the service tech said it would be costly to repair. After finding a new one we liked, Abe told us the only one in stock was the floor model, and it could take weeks to get one. Abe spoke with the Manager, and they allowed us to buy the floor model (which isn’t something they do on a current model unit.) Abe went above and beyond to see that we got our new range today! Can’t find that kind of service these days. We will be back for our future needs. You’ve earned lifelong customers with us!

Large showroom and helpful staff.

Very pleased with the large selection of appliances to see in stock and the helpful info provided by our salesperson. We were never rushed or pressured during our selection of four kitchen appliances and I feel confident in our choices.
