We have never used Plesser’s before and…

We have never used Plesser’s before and were recommended there by our cabinet company. We had a great experience from purchase to delivery. The team at Plesser’s was very easy to work with. Peter R. was our sales rep and he was fantastic! Delivery was prompt and our delivery guys were great. I would definitely shop at Plesser’s in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances.

Clear and easy process

This was the second damaged refirgerator…

This was the second refirgerator delivered with damage. I was now told this would be the third and final attempt to deliver the fridge. I find that unacceptable since i expect to receive a fridge in good condition and not damaged. If the next delivery is damaged they can just return the items and issue a refund. Very dissapointed.

From picking the right frig to getting it delivered and installed could not have been better. Amazed at how much was involved getting it installed. Delivery team could not have made it look any easier. Not the 123 I thought it would be. Glad I didn’t try installing myself. Thanks

The best appliance buying experience ever

Your sales people were great. Very friendly and professional. Competitive pricing. Knowledgeable. The showroom is very impressive and impeccably maintained. The installer ( Kyle ) was top notch. I could tell immediately he knew what he was doing. He came exactly at 9:00 am and was quick and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. All around 5 stars. We love our new appliances and will never go to Best Buy or pc Richards again

Delivery was excellent

Delivery was excellent. Communication the night before, and day of, was very helpful in order to plan for arrival. Delivery men were courteous and professional. They tested my washer before leaving to ensure it was ready for use.

Plessers owner Al is always a pleasure…

Plessers owner Al is always a pleasure to deal with on all our appliances. He is knowledgeable and always excels with customer satisfaction. The office texts and emails next day delivery info and alway timely so not stuck waiting all day. Kyle who delivered and installed our refrigerator is always on time and very careful doing his job to our approval and he is a great asset to plessers. Rarely these days do you have a company from top to bottom that everyone is courteous, friendly and does things right the first time. That is why my family is plessers customer for twenty plus years, thanks to all!!

Great service from sales through…

Great service from sales through delivery and install. We ran into an install that require us to call in a plumber to install a valve. Plessers was flexible and made a second visit to our home to complete the job, demonstrating rare and superior customer service.

Disappointed with Delivery Time.

I was very disappointed with the delivery. While the price was comparable to Best Buy, I chose Plesser's because the item was in stock. I had a good experience with a different appliance earlier this year. But from the order date to delivery was 28 days. Best Buy would have had it to me 3 days earlier. Maybe if you're shipping locally it would be better, but I've learned that shipping cross country and empowering another company to deliver it doesn't work so well.

Plesser’s IS lesser but also fabulous service

ordered fridge at lower price than pc richards . advised it would be in an about a month. was on in 2 weeks! delivery and installers came on time. did a great job. very nice guys.

Ice maker was installed and no less…

Ice maker was installed and no less than 15 minutes after the installers left, a large plastic piece fell in the bin from the inside. The manual is not showing where it attaches—emailed Paul Romano and sent a picture. Zero response.
