Having used their service for years, I have been left with a good and efficient image of the company and its service. I have never had problems with the charges and the top-up has arrived immediately most of the times.
The website is not perfect and could be more user friendly, but works. I have not needed to find an alternative because I'm satisfied with this one.

There is no customer service available. Very often, the calls play back the conversation from the other person. It takes a while to realize that I am talking to a recording. Before, I would call and get credit for part of the telephone call.

Whenever these situations are encountered it is best to reach the Customer Service agents, either through a call or email, they are available 24/7. We checked the account and could not find any attempt to reach the agents.
The lines and connection are always checked by them through test calls.
