Have been with Libsyn since 2005. Love them and I, a disabled veteran, can afford them. Currently host three podcasts with them and they are the only host I have recommended in my latest edition of my book on podcasting.

Top notch customer support. Chris provided very timely support and simplified the solution for me. This is the second time I've accessed customer support and they have been great both times. Very responsive.
In today's world for most companies, customer support can be a black hole and a worthless waist of time. Not so as Libsyn. I really appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable help Libsyn provides. Huge value in today's online world.

A real exchange with a real person. The response I received was quick, specific, and very helpful. I wasn't just directed (by a bot) to a series of FAQ pages to read. Instead, my specific question was addressed. When I asked a followup question, that also received a response very quickly. Honestly, I was shocked at how un-frustrated I was with the help process!

So far, filling out the Podcast Upload Page is very easy and is very quick. I especially like the Dashboard where you can see your performance stats! Happy to continue to Libsyn!

We used Libsyn back in 2005 when another friend and I started podcasting. There were very few hosting options back then, so we went with Libsyn and were happy.
I chose them again and the things they learned in the last 15 years make the experience even better. I haven't even began to explore all of the cool features they have.

Representative, was not being helpful in the beginning. I explained my issue and what they needed to do on their end but he still ended up giving me resolutions (WHICH I ALREADY DID PRIOR TO SENDING THE EMAIL) that doesn't help and insist on having a problem on my part when in my first email to you guys I already explain what I did and that you guys needed to fix the RSS feed HTML code.. In our last email, he finally did what he had to do. This could've have been way easier and less back and forth if the representative read and comprehend my email.

One of the destinations for my podcast (only one of them) failed to update to include my most recent episode. I was very certain it was the destination's problem--but, just in case, I asked our team at Libsyn. Sure enough...everything was fine on the Libsyn end, but they checked it right away which helped determine that it was the destination that needed to get its act together (which it did, 36 hours late...sigh...). The Libsyn team has always been responsive, and very quickly, when needed.
