I bought MS Office 2021 from Keysomatic and had trouble with it being accessible as I could not access my old ms outlook account. I may have done something wrong when I tried to download and MicroSoft is unnecessarily complicated and whatnot, but the Keysomatic customer service was helpful and patient in making sure I was able access and use the product. Thank you Keysomatic.

Had questions about the service which were answered promptly. Service was as a described and smooth install. Quite happy to not have to rely on an internet connection to the office365 cloud for file handling and opening and closing of files.

I got the product emailed to me within 10 minutes, and it worked perfectly. I had to enter the code from a prompt inside the program already on my computer where it says 'I have a product key'. I tried 2 different spots on microsoft's website that didn't work at first.

I ordered the MAC version of Office 2019 by mistake. The help line person got my order changed to the Win version quickly and painlessly and I got a $10 discount to boot!
