It took some deciphering with a slightly altered look and feel and GUI instructions but it worked.

totally disappointed with my purchase but mostly the customer support. I was scheduled for a meeting but unable to connect with anyone. A voice recording at the number I was told to call. I left a message as instructed but no call back. I am contacting my credit card company to charge back the merchant and get my money back and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

It did not want to download. I had to make an appt. for assistance. But three weeks ago, my Word just said I had no program, would not let me do anything. Could not even cut and paste what I had. I BOUGHT FROM YOU WITH A LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION.
The tech guy just said maybe the closed it. Lifetime???? Had no problem charge me a second time for a lifetime subscription.

Wrong Office pro
no interest in 365 and you send link that downloads it. No responses, been over 6 hours - I'm now requesting a refund asap so I can just use the Microsoft store

easy to install and works great. But I tried a sample WORD document using the microphone and it was VERY, VERY sloppy. I hope it wasn't because of this download.

The process was quick no issues navigating site no pop ups trying redirect me to other locations.
The download and install directions need a little tweaking or I needed more caffeine, but I eventually got the software installed

I am not really computer savvy. I needed software for letter and report writing and printing. I bought Word 365, had it delivered in 15 minutes or so, installed it after carefully reading direction and viewing video, and I was using it within another 15 mins. Thanks

I tried contacting support for assistance but received no reply. Spent numbers hours searching for fix's to run Windows 10 and finally was able to install.

I was able to download Microsoft365 and use it to do what was needed. It did more than I expected since I was also able to view documents created in earlier formats without using a "viewer" app.
However.... The instructions (written; PDF; YouTube) were inconsistent and did not make the process easy at all. This is the second time (using a second computer) I have had this experience. I recognize every computer (and user) is different. But it was not easy.

My email with my product key listed the product key as “null”.
I have sent 3 emails and have had NO RESPONSE.
would not recommend. I will update if anything changes.

Jorge was excellent, it seems that there is an issue of being able to get an Access app that will work with this software. I’m sure we’ll get it ironed out. There could be some files on my computer that is creating problems.

I've been trying to get Visio to work it does not work I then called numerous times no one is calling me back and no one is responding back to my email as well

I am very pleased with Emmanuel Adeboye, Technical Representative as he was technical/knowledgeable in downloading MS Office 365 Pro Plus product onto my computer. He's clearly a super star.
