Great product and great service, the cost is a little high and I would like to see long rise pants offered. Pleated pants would be a nice option. Overall very pleased.

The whole experience was great. I told the associates I needed to wear black for a wedding in the summer, I was bummed out because I wanted to buy a seersucker suit. They told me I could get a seersucker in black and the rest was history. Got the suit back in a week and a half!!

Product is great, I’ve never felt so good in a suit. Their point system is nice too and used the discount i earned to purchase a matching shirt with my seersucker suit. The only room for improvement with my Haspel experience would be more attentive online communication. Their chat didn’t work for me, and I reached out to them on instagram and FB about a question and didn’t get a response for a few days. I couldn’t find a phone number for them. Regardless I got my suit and shirt in a short amount of time and I will gladly wear it as my wedding suit.

I first ordered a seersucker sport coat in the size I usually wear and it was too tight, but it looked great. So I then ordered a size larger in both a regular and a long. The regular fit perfect, no alterations needed to sleeve length or anything else. I returned the two coats I didn't choose and got a prompt refund. Great online experience.

My initial purchase was exactly what I wanted, but I needed to exchange for a different size. The return process was extremely easy and efficient, but the immediate turn around was most impressive. I received my garment with absolutely no concerns. It is quite refreshing to see that there is still companies out there who take pride in their business, but also ensures the customer’s satisfaction.

The entire customer experience has been excellent. The website is easy to use, and when I emailed a question, the team answered it same day. My order was processed, shipped and arrived within 5 business days (pretty exceptional). I had to make an exchange, and processing that online was also very easy: Haspel even provided a pre-paid shipping label. I am on a short timeline, so I reached out via email about expediated shipping, and again the team responded - this time within an hour of my request with options, instructions and pricing for expedited delivery. Every part of the experience has been a 5 out of 5.

Service is exceptional and also very efficient. I do think the pants run small in both seersucker styles. I had to exchange the pants on two separate orders for two different men who always wear the same size waist in all other brands. They each want up a waist size. The new pants were perfect each time. Both gentlemen received many compliments on their suits.

I purchased the Cocktail Olive Seersucker Suit. First wearing was with a crimson and gold microdot bow tie, and crimson patterned silk square from OTAA, and a crisp white shirt. I really like it, and received several WOWs throughout the day! This is my 4th and favorite Haspel suit so far!

Ordered a seersucker robe and pjs. The pjs are fine. The robe came without belt loops. Sent it back (easy enuf since fed ex picked up from home), and yesterday received notice the pjs were on the way. Called and told it would be fixed. Haven’t heard a peep since except for this invite to review…
