horrible customer support
horrible customer support, i bought unlimited data esim for japan and it states that after 50GB the speed will be capped. After 1.6GB i got capped and it was unusable. So i wrote to the support. It took them 2 business days to respond and they just sent me instructions and said that it's not capped. Ookla speed test always gives me speed of 0.51Mbps so it is actually capped. they are not giving refund either. don't use GlobalYO.
