I spoke to Joyce Ariola first key homes. She listened to me and try her best to solve my issue. I give her five stars for her service now I am waiting for the outcome of my request.

Wonderful customer service

Joyce really took the time to listen and understand my reason for todays phone call. I understand that this issues has to be routed to the correct department but just wanted to commend her on an extraordinary job in the help that she has given us.:) Great Job

Great Customer Service

Gavin was extremely helpful, great customer service! He was kind and patient while he went over my application documents and helped guide me through additional documents needed. I told him that I was very interested in a property listed and wanted to make sure everything was correct for me and he stayed on the line while he submitted my documents to underwriting. Thankful he was able to help me!

Ron White came out today to fix an…

Ron White came out today to fix an outlet that had started burning on the inside. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and easy going! He had it all taken care of, in under an hour! First Key is blessed to have Ron as a part of thw company! Thanks, Ron!

Everything went great

Everything went great! I called because my AC went out. They had a service tech out within a few hours. Marco was professional and efficient. Had the problem fixed quickly. Thank you.

Lack of Sympathy

There's a lack of sympathy and it seems the center for emergency work orders are not in sync with information. I was told a tech would come by to fix my AC. I had informed the call center someone would be home waiting for the tech. There was no knock on the door or ring on our doorbell, but on their records the tech still stopped by and I'm told it's my fault I couldn't answer my phone. It is too hot here and I just moved in. Really regret going to FirstKeyHomes.

Raul Gonzalez has been most helpful with my renewal process. He takes time to follow-up with me and answers all my questions while connecting me with other departments to help as well. He has been very patient with me and I am grateful to be working with him!

Mary is great and always is very fluent with answers and non demanding on the phone, makes a difference in todays day and age. Especially with the sky rocket prices we have ALL been going through in life. Thank you Mary in the Renewals Department

Excellent service
