My first experience with FirstKeyHomes

My experience with FirstKeyHomes was excellent thanks to Jessica Oliveira. I was stressing out trying to balance work, school, and my new move-in, but Jessica stuck with me and managed to get things solved. She kept me up-to-date and made me feel she wanted to accomplish my goals just as much as I did. I am extremely grateful to her for helping me with my move-in process. If you can't find someone to help you out, then definitely ask for Jessica.

Andrea Rios is the best!

I’ve been having a huge issue for weeks now with an incorrect charge on my account. Andrea Rios has been the first person in five phone calls to actually help me. She was professional, attentive, and helpful. She immediately jumped into a solution to my problem and I was off the phone in under 15 minutes. Thank you so much Andrea Rios!

Patience has its rewards

The wait time was long(over 5 minutes) but once Richard came on the phone everything moved faster and more efficiently. He took my information down and proceeded to create 2 work orders for my maintenance requests.

Amazing Customer Service

I am moving with my fiance and roommate in the next few weeks and the transition has been quite stressful. After my call with Tulika Dhara I was put at ease. She assisted me with uploading some additional documents that I needed for my application and sent them right over to the underwriting team to review. Her customer service was amazing!

Andreas Rios customer service skills are Top Tier!!!!

Andrea Rios was great and kept me feeling safe and assured that there won’t be any hiccups while working with firstkey homes on our move out process.

She went above and beyond and was nice about it too!!! There was a mixup and she even found evidence that supported my case without me even asking her to do so, she’s really on top of things. Andrea Rios a good one for sure! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had across any company.

Delay after hold fee paid

I called firstkey homes today because it’s been 2 weeks since I paid the hold fee, on my potential new home. I hadn’t heard from anyone since I made that payment and became worried. I had called last week and was told to make a support ticket regarding this matter since I haven’t seen the home or received a call from my move in coordinator. I called again today and spoke with Fritz. They were very helpful. I was provided with my move in coordinator’s direct line and also their email address. I was also informed the delay is because of upgrades being done on the home.

The agent was extremely helpful in…

The agent was extremely helpful in helping our family avert a crisis. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful as well as very relatable and personable in this situation. We really enjoy being renters with first key homes which has been an amazing rental experience for us since April of 2021. Thank you very much.

This evening I was help by Deyn Cuizon. i was having trouble getting in to the property for a tour I had scheduled through Rently. He was very patient with me and walked through the steps to receive the code so I could view the property. I appreciate you Deyn!

Courtesy and helpfulness of Phone Representative

I called and spoke with a representative named Janboy. He was very courteous and helpful. He answered all my questions without making me feel as if he was rushing me off the phone as some company reps do oftentimes. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He sent everything that I needed for the process to get started to my email in a very timely manner. I look forward to speaking and working with him again in the near future. If my entire experience with this company mirrors my conversation today, it will be a great pleasure going forward.

Tracy was very very professional

Tracy was very very professional. He was courteous and very personable. What I loved about him most of all was the fact that he still came out on a Saturday night to fix our air conditioner even though it was very late. He was able to get it fix within 20 minutes. We are very happy with the service and his professionalism. Thanks again Tracy!

Payel was an absolute rockstar!

Payel was an absolute rockstar!! We have been dealing with a technical issue for a week getting our application paid and submitted and she was able to help us within 10min of our call. I’ve spoke to 20+ reps at this point and she was the only one to be able to help us and was so kind and friendly!!
