Took too long to get the loan completed. Too many mistakes committed by Figure never talked to the same person when a phone call was made to company.

I recently secured a HELOC thru Figure
I recently secured a HELOC thru Figure. Having raised over $20 million for real estate and tech ventures over the last 35 years I’ve experienced every roadblock you can imagine when financing through traditional banks. Figure.com is a refreshingly efficient change and makes conventional Bank Heloc financing obsolete. I had some Trust Language issues that drew out my processing time to 10 days but that compares to 2 months my local bank was taking. Figure is what the future of all home equity loan processing will look like.

Very simply process for establishing a HELOC Line of Credit
The process to apply for a HELOC Line of Credit was very straightforward. Everything was done online. All Questions were answered in a timely manner. All communications were handled through email. No waiting on hold to talk with someone. There were no surprises and the loan was completed very quickly.

Figure makes the process simple and easy. Banks make it difficult on obtaining a HELOC. Process took one week to process. With a bank would have taken a lot more time. From what I learned with their quick process is they know and understand a person that’s responsible and make their payments on time.I would recommend Figure to anyone that would qualify. Great customer service and communication.
The process of getting my HELOC was great. Even when I had a connectivity issue when submitting paperwork the customer service was excellent and they did their best to help me through. Once everything was approved the funding was fast and I got updates every step of the way.

Wonderful process…
Wonderful process…. If you need access to your equity I would go through Figure again hands down.
We were very leery and saw a lot of mixed reviews but thru out the entire process, it was sooooo simple and fast. I had a lot of questions and used the chat feature a lot and it was a live person and so helpful. I don’t have a negative thing to say but will update later if anything changes.

An associate sent an email to my wife and never informed me!
An associate sent an email to my wife who hardly ever looks at her email on a Saturday when time was of the essence since I was trying to beat a deadline so I could get a $6,000 discount from my contractor and the associate never CC me so I did not know the form was in her email. I could have told her had he told me. It wasted three days until someone at Figure called me 3 days later on Tuesday that the form was sent. Because of this I missed my deadline and I will probably lose the discount! A Figure associate had told me that the associate should have CC me. Now, an associate is telling me they don't do that. Someone is lying!

Very Misleading...
Very Misleading. Having been pre-approved for their offer, we started the process. However, their automated system doesn't allow for multiple paycheck stubs from different income sources and cannot handle more than one bank account verification (so if you automatically put $$ into a savings and checking account, it can't process both realities). So because they couldn't verify $11k, they offered a loan that was 47% less. What a waste of time.
