Eneba is always a clear and reliable platform, not like gamivo. Even when games are a lil more expensive I buy them here. Without useless hidden subscriptions, without confusing information (gamivo sells PC games as if they were Xbox and they do not provide any solution) and fast delivery. I don't know what their customer service is like because I've never needed it, and that's a great sign. I know gamivo's and calling it insulting and pathetic is too good. In fact I can't write a review on gamivo, Trustpilot keeps deleting their negative reviews.
I highly recommend Eneba.

Eneba is a trusted place to get the code. I only buy the Xbox codes and I really like the overall experience of buying a code. They always make sure that you understand what you are buying and prevent the accidental purchases. My codes are always delivered within a minute and I’ve never experienced any issue with the payment system. Eneba is also working on their loyalty program and I can’t wait for it. I’m sure it will be something awesome as well.

I bought GTAV Online premium edition for 16,55€.
I instantly got the code after paying and also got a receipt in my email 5 minutes after purchase.
I was able to redeem my code and can now play GTAV without having to pay 30 euros.
10/10 would buy here again.

it was really easy to get the code, pay and get everything over with, and for the 5 buks i paid i got skyrim (30 on steam) with no issues. Very good system to create an account cause its really hard for a bot to go through all those capchas which were preety easy. So 5 stars no issue

The reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, it's due to their play-to-earn app "Snakzy". After my first attempt of converting my Snakzy coins in Eneba's value wallet, the process has being declined and the reason was a violations of Terms. Although I'm sure I haven't violated them, I've opened a ticket and an operator asked me for a selfie holding my ID card or passport, and a receipt of something I've bought to compare my personal info. I accepted and sent them what they asked, but their response was that my document wasn't valid and again, i must have sent a selfie holding my ID Card or Passport, which is what I did. The case is still ongoing from a week now, even though I've tried a second attempt to redeem Snakzy coins and the system at the end made it to succeed the process after 3 days. But I didn't like at all that I had to sent my official ID Card which identifies everything about me, with a receipt of a purchase, and then got answered that the document wasn't valid. I hope that if in the next months I'll try to redeem again my Snakzy coins this won't happen again

They took money out of my account and despite giving them my email, I received no email about the order so I won't be able to make a ticket to recieve a refund. Useless website don't buy unless losing money for no reason is what you like to do.

i like that the site had an cheap fnaf 9 but i cannot make the captca do get the key. Thank you also now that you respond to my problem, now I solved it but I have buyed a key for Five nights at Freddy's Security Breach for Xbox from frosty entertainment which I tried to use and Xbox said me that something went wrong 5 Times!
How we can resolve this?
