I contacted cheerleading because my husband and I were juggling our bills. My cancer and my husband’s respiratory problems, we needed a financial solution.
Nate Turner and Ryan showed their expertise in this field..they both should care and compassion for our troubles. They were able to help us with getting the necessary information using the computer and phone. We are not very computer smart but we were able to finish this process easier.

Our refinance with Nate & Ryan was without question the smoothest, fastest, simplest and most pain free of any we have ever done. And that was in spite of several tricky issues that needed to be resolved. Nate, Ryan and the whole team worked tirelessly doing all the heavy lifting while keeping us up to date each step of the way.

Welcome to the new age of lending—our Cheerlending team and overall experience was wonderful and the systems they use are modern and reliable. I was looking into refinancing and taking some cash out. I remember seeing an advertisement for Cheerlending on TV some time ago and decided to reach out to them. I first spoke with Adam who took my initial information and then later with Judge who worked to find us the best deal for our needs. Later we worked with Harrison (Brittany) who worked out all the details with the mortgage company. She did all the heavy lifting, leaving relatively little for us to do once we got past providing income documents etc.
Our new mortgage was in place within a month and we were kept abreast of all the progress throughout.

It's always a little scary when you are starting to work with a lender that you have never heard of. In our case we saw Cheerlendings ad on TV and thought we would give it a try for our refinance. From the very beginning working with Nate who clearly explained the program to going through the processing details with Sabrina our experience was extrodinary. Extrodinary because we found these folks have their act together.
