Do not take minutes when you make a call and didn’t speak to anyone.That’s the problem in Liberia,West Africa. When you make a call and nobody answers,they take thirty-four cents from your credit.This stealing.Please try address with company on ground.

Boss is always not going through, and most times it keeps saying the number you are calling is switched off, but when I call with a different app, the call goes through, and most times it tells me boss does not recognize the number you are calling from.and sometimes even with a balance of q0 dollars, it says you don't have enough credit, please recharge

Charging for disconnected calls, and also not using actual call time to charge. Charges should start when call is initiated by both parties
