First bike buying from these guys. Pedro was great to deal with up to and during the transaction. Then I got my brand new Bianchi gravel bike in.

A few scratches and dings it came with. A couple of the fairly deep past the paint job. I sent photos, Pedro said, “let me talk to the boss and see what he wants to do. I’ll call you back.”
Never heard from him, so waited until the evening and texted him. They want me to the return the bike and they’re NOT going to replace it. He told me I should look elsewhere for a bike.

Then told me, “it’s almost impossible to buy a new bike without scratches.” For the price we all pay for bikes they should.

After reading their return policy, I am going to keep the bike and have my LBS fill in the damaged areas. I would get my money back, less the following: restocking fee(which is ridiculous), credit card fees, shipping fees.

I always stuck with places that do right by me and am going to be looking for a new Road bike next year. It won’t be here.

The least the could’ve done was taken some money off the price, switched it out with a non damaged one, gave me some store credit anything to make me feel good about my purchase.

Just beware people and if you do order your bike through them: MAKE SURE TO LOOK IT OVER WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT

Seller said they performed a 100 point inspection/certified pre owned but when I received the bike, all it took was one turn of the steerer and it was a disaster,the lower headset bearing was cooked. I had to go to trek dealer and order the parts which is taking forever. The rest of the components arrived as described. 2 stars for the bike being not ride ready as described.

I received a bike that was damaged in shipment. I had given this merchant a 1 star on previous rating. I have upgraded my opinion to neutral from negative. The merchant agreed to a credit of approximately 50% if the cost to repair the damage. The only reason they gave me this credit was I had posted the first negative review. They agreed to this credit if I agreed to write a new review or correct the early review. I do not know how to modify first review. I have neutral feelings about this merchant

Bikingbicyclegarage was wonderful to work with! They accomodated my requests and put all the order together quickly. They even called so that we could make sure everything would work perfectly for my order. They even through in some parts for no extra costs. Plus, the product turned out to be in great shape! I'm lucky to have worked with this shop.

Great transaction. Communication, before the sale was finalized, was great. Very helpful indeed. Bike was packed and shipped perfectly. I tend to worry at times about UPS…. but the box was firm, and packed well, with foam where needed. Minimal assembly required. Bike was exactly as described. Well worth the cost, even with shipping.

I admit I had some trepidation about buying a bike through an online vendor, but the seller had excellent reviews and I can see why. The bike arrived quickly, nicely packaged and in terrific condition. Just had to attach the handle bars and front wheels, and add my own pedals. Riding great so far. Excellent communication with seller, he was very responsive to all my questions and was open to working with me on pricing. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Purchased a used 2015 Cannondale Supersix Evo Ultegra with Di2. The bike was clean and in very good condition. Negotiations were fair. Seller was friendly, prompt and communicative. I would buy from this seller again.
I used the bike in June in the Race Across America. Our 8 rider, age 60+ team set a new record. The bike performed flawlessly.

I purchased a used bicycle. The information about the bike on the site was incorrect. It had the wrong year (it was 2014, not 2015). I was also unable to get to the specifications after purchase. Otherwise, Luis was helpful, prompt. The bike was delivered when they said it would be. The bike is great.

This company is where you want to buy from. They helped me out in the worst situation ever. I lived in Lahaina, I lost my prized Specialized SL4 Comp. They shipped it to HI even though they don't ship to HI and AL. When I got the bicycle I had some slight problems with the electric shifting. The tech texted me back immediately got the problem fixed. a few days later one of the wires for the battery was a bit used. So they sent me the wire to replace it. Best service ever !
