My 5 start rating is for Alejandro Carrasquero. Over the past 6 months, he has supported me and my Dir/TechOps as we evaluated Cloud Softphone as a replacement for Bria and Zoiper. Alejandro guided us through the application process, explaining all of the features and how they worked.
Another important requirement in addition to calling was the ability to integrate our texting platform with Cloud SF. When we were initially unable to get things to work, Alejandro figured out what the problem was and we were able to get everything working.
As a result of Alejandro's hard work over six months, we are now a happy reseller of Cloud SF to our family of 100+ MSPs with 5,000 customers!

We're starting using the white label product in our company, for Android and iOS. So far? Works like a charm. Really a recommended product if a company already has a pbx either onprem or cloud, and wants to add clients for mobility workforce.

We used the Cloud Softphone generic app, and they make it so easy to get going. It doesn't cost anything to get started and you can have a functional softphone (with limitations) within a few minutes. The app is pretty, very customizable, and has Busy Lamp Field capability. The BLF ability makes it a complete drop-in replacement for desk phones. End users are really loving this.
The pricing for their generic softphone is reasonable. Eventually a full white label app might make sense, but not quite yet.

We build our own white label Softphone. Cloud Softphone has all the features we needed, price is reasonable and the quality of the product is excellent. Even though there is no traditional Chinese support, the support team help us to build the language translation, but of course it will take some more time.

We have been using Cloud Softphone for more than a year. I like that you can quickly receive feedback from the team, and they also follow you up during the review and when the app is live.
Besides, there are many Whitelabel features to fully customize the Cloud Softphone according to business demands.
I'd really recommend using it if you need a convinient working solution for your business.

Acrobits have provided us with a really excellent white labeled app which thousands of our customers are happily using every day. Simple to get going and get to market very quickly using all the latest technology. The sales and technical support staff are also very good. I can't fault these guys at all!

Acrobits is the name in white-label UCaaS applications. We were aware of and using Acrobits branded apps (Softphone and Groundwire) long before we decided to partner with them. We've tried most of the Open-SIP applications on the market and Acrobits apps out performed them all. Simply put, it works!

CloudSoftphone branding was by far the best experience i have ever had when it comes to deal with software developers. I will 100% recommend Acrobits to anyone. The support staff KNOW what they do ,which at the end translates to an extremely smooth and pleasant interaction. From my experience; if there are any delays encountered, they were mostly caused by us ( the customer).

I've been using Groundwire for a few years, and it has never let me down. It is definitely the best SIP client, I've used in iOS.
Initial tests with their CloudSoftphone Platform, are also very encouraging.
Highly recommended to try them out.

We use the white label softphone service, it works as it should, but we would appreciate better interface for design editing. There is a number of design elements in the app, which you are not able to edit. You don’t see them or know about them, before the testing on the actual mobile device, so it is not a customisable as one would expect.
We appreciate good customer service.
