It sure is a journey!!! My twins just turned 11. I was told not to sleep on my back at the time, but protocols are constantly changing. I couldn’t have slept on my back even if I wanted to, it was way too uncomfortable for me. Good luck with everything!
Welcome to the Twin Mama Club!!!!! 1. I slept on my back until the 3rd trimester. 2. I'm allergic to shellfish and seaweed so I can't help 100% with that question, but your doctor will absolutely be able to tell you. 3. LOTS. Don't count calories, carbs or fat grams. Eat when you are hungry -- just the fatty or sugary things in moderation.

You got this! I had 3 (but no twins) and my trick was ordering a spinach salad and mac and cheese for lunch (the deli guy always thought I was ordering for 2 because he insisted on 2 sets of cutlery). I made myself eat the salad first then the indulged in the Mac. It’s all about the hacks!!
