Design Engineer

Must Haves:

• 2-5 years working on ECNs- Engineering Change Notices
• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
• Associate degree

Plusses:

• ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

• Working on ECNs
• Updating and finalizing drawings made to piping systems within the vessel
• Making changes to models based on ECNs

Must Haves:

• Must be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Excel
• “3D checking “ knowledge
• Associate degree
• 2-5 years of experience with piping/ship design
• Engineering processing knowledge

Plusses:

• ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

• Checking diagrams and designs in 3D AutoCad
• Checking specs of piping systems and ensuring they are NAVSEA compliant

Must Haves:

• “checker 2D” knowledge
• 5+ years of experience checking 3D piping
• 2D/3D piping experience
• Proficient in 2D AutoCad

Plusses:

• ShipConstructor or Navis software experience

Day to day:

• Checking diagrams and designs in 2D AutoCad
• Viewing specs in 2D AutoCad
