A great day at the Higher Education Marketing Conference 2024 in London. 🇬🇧 One of my personal highlights included the panel discussion with Will Marsh from the University of Wolverhampton, Daniel Pilkington from Aston University, Sarah Linington (MCIM) from The University of Sheffield & Emily Bell from the University of Liverpool on the importance of identity and 'being in the right place with the right activity to get meaningful engagements'. 🗣 Particularly liked the connection that Liverpool made to their superhero heritage because Batman was filmed there! 🦇 Another was of course the session with Michelle Amos from The University of Salford, Jason Yip from Newcastle University & Sean Johnson-Hargreaves from Staffordshire University on the importance of personalisation to recruit students. 🤝 Keep shining out there guys! ☀

It comes to ensuring that whatever function that you're creating from a digital experience can be supported regardless of what technology is changed... A CRM for instance can be critical for a digital experience. If I'm using a CRM, it should have common interfaces where data can flow... It means that I can change from one CRM to another and have it not disrupt my digital experience.
