6dIt's very easy to get caught up in the excitement of a new piece of tech, and forget to make sure that everyone impacted by it is across it and knows how to use it. This ultimately leads to tools that sit in your stack, fully funded but underutilized and offering very little ROI. 😬 I really enjoyed hearing Samantha Goble's take on this and understanding how she advises organizations to tackle the change management involved in tech investment.
