#ConstructionUpdate: Showing significant signs of progress in the last few months, the six-story parking structure at Cloud House is completely wrapped by units. The concrete structure delivers 547 parking stalls for residents, including EV-capable stalls. The top of the structure is poised for Orange County's largest sky deck encompassing 17,500 square feet of open-air space for entertainment, fireside cocktails, poolside movie nights, and relaxation. The technical execution and efficiency are urbanizing the community, fulfilling the client's vision, and showcasing the collaboration between the design and construction teams. We broke ground! Our team was thrilled to attend yesterday’s Ground Break for the MSocial Hotel (Millennium Hotels) in Sunnyvale, California. The project will consist of a 158,200 sq.ft. hotel with 263 rooms and more than 18,000 square feet of function space, including 9,700 square feet of meeting and event space, 7,300 square feet of outdoor space and a full service restaurant and bar. The project also includes an 85,000 s.f. above grade parking structure connected to the building The construction of M Social in Sunnyvale, CA marks the first hotel property in Northern California for Millennium Hotels and is scheduled to open in early 2026.
