We are honored that Wexler was selected by the Sacramento Business Times as the Best Student Housing project of 2023 in Sacramento. Wexler has 775 beds across 223 units, 7,450 SF of retail and is located adjacent to the Cal State University ("CSU") Sacramento campus. Wexler transformed two underutilized parcels into a work, live and play environment for CSU students. Wexler is walking distance to campus, adjacent to mass transit and surrounded by neighborhood serving retail. Our award-winning amenity suite includes private courtyards, a resort style pool, clubhouse, outdoor social areas, fitness center, dog spa, study rooms and a 329-space parking garage. After an exceedingly wet winter, we’re excited to see Centro Callan (www.CentroCallan.com) in San Leandro, CA complete its first elevated deck. This is a major milestone for the onsite team from Johnstone Moyer, Inc., their subcontractors (Innovative Construction Solutions, BCI (Berkeley Cement, Inc.) & TIERRA GROUP INC), our team members (William Johnstone, Rayanna Schmeling & Patrick Swan) and the City of San Leandro.
