ITI’s Washington D.C.-based advocacy and policy teams provide U.S. policymakers and member companies with concise, high-level legislative advocacy to ensure proposed legislation and regulations enable the technology sector to grow and successfully innovate. Through trusted relationships with policymakers on both side of the aisle in Congress, as well as the Executive Branch, ITI keeps its members and legislators working in tandem to advance legislative initiatives that promote a healthy innovation ecosystem in the United States.
ITI also works with member companies, governments, and public and private stakeholders to drive policy reforms at the state and local levels. ITI’s state and local public sector professionals advocate for policies that maximize the ability of state and local governments to serve their citizens and enhance national security by delivering robust and consistent support and funding for IT acquisition, innovation, and modernization efforts, including enhanced cybersecurity, in tangent with our U.S. advocacy and policy teams.
