Julie Zaclis Antão
Policy Analyst
Julie Zaclis Antao serves as Policy Analyst for the Public Sector team at ITI. Prior to this, Julie was a Policy Fellow for the Policy team at ITI, where she worked on cybersecurity and artificial intelligence global policy. She has lived and worked in Washington D.C. for 7 years and focused her work on emerging technology policy including but not limited to blockchain, crypto, and Web3. She earned a master’s degree program in Data Science and Public Policy at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy; there she geared her studies towards bridging the gap between technologists and policymakers. Julie is also a graduate of Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service where she received a bachelor’s degree in International Politics. She is fluent in English and Portuguese, and has both working proficiency in French and a strong understanding of Spanish.
