I ran into an issue while running my final test purchase

I ran into an issue while running my final test purchase. I hopped on with support and was paired with Molly. Thank goodness! Molly understood my issue, got me connected with the right people and boom, I was up and running in a matter of minutes. I ran my final test successfully and now I'm selling products.

Thanks for the expedient work Molly! I'm very grateful and loving having Zendrop as a part of my business.

Best In The Space

Hands down one of the best in the business! Its always worrisom when you're getting into the dropshipping space, what the supplier will be like. will they get back to me? How are the products? Don't be afraid. Zendrop's customer service is amazing. I can write an inquiry either in a chat or email and I get a response within 5-10 minutes that they are working on it, updates within 24-48 hours. They are a very knowledgeable team and are willing to answer any question you have big or small!

Anytime I need help

Anytime I need help with an order, the staff from Zendrop has always been helpful. When I need help with a substitution or if something is out of stock or a price change, Zendrop let's me know right away.

Great customer support

I recently installed the app but the platform did not have what I was looking for. However, customer service was very prompt to work with me to offer alternatives. In addition, when they are out of the office, their AI assistant sends a note to let you know so you know what to expect. I highly recommend Zendrop.

Great experience besides this one time…

Great experience besides this one time when the order was sold out but it still went through. When I cancelled the customers order I was charge a transaction processing fee from shopify.

These reviews must be bots

I don’t know where everybody is coming up with these great reviews. I decided to do their pro plan for $79 a month so that I would get access to all of the calls and the Zen drop Academy. After a month of going through all their stuff and trying everything that they have suggested there have been zero sales on my site. When you contact them and tell them that you’re having issues, they say that they’re offering you the product 100% free for 12 months even though your credit card is being charged $79. Their prices are ridiculous. Their customer service is horrible and anyone who is trying to get into job shipping should not waste their time or money with this company.

Zendrop has a really good supplier with…

Zendrop has a really good supplier with fast shipping and really high-quality Products. Even if You're complete beginner, They allows You get started for free and most important thing is their user interface is quite intuitive and easy to use. The Only issue is Product pricing, Most of the Products we've seen their price is a little bit higher, meaning if You try to sell any of them, Your Profit margin will be quite lower, and if You work with cheap supplier, then Your shipping time will increase from 2-5 days to 10 - 12 Days which is the Only drawback I found, but overall it's nice product.

Great Customer Service

Mariane helped me with obtaining product information such as weight and is in the process of helping with dimensions. Zendrop offers a quick solution to your e-commerce business's needs and the reply time is phenomenal. I have had ease adding products to my Shopify store and appreciate the variety of choices.
