If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is such a long story, but I just give you some warning. There is no phone number to contact Customer Service, anywhere. You are forced to chat. The chat responses are seen, but not responded to. A question can literally take hours to answer. If they make a mistake with your money, they will give months free, and not return your money. Lastly. Try to delete a credit card after you have added one. You can't. In my case it was used to keep making mistakes and adding free months to my account. I will never do business with them again.
