Excellent Web Hosting Services

I have been using Scala Hosting for quite a few years now. Very rarely I remember coming across any issue with them. The uptime has been 10/10. Pricing in comparison to other players in the market is quite competitive too. Thank You Scala Hosting.

Excellent Service Great Products Fantastic rates

I have been working with Scala for 2 years now. When I started my business I needed a reliable, helpful, informative and reasonably priced package. Scala was excellent in replies and assisting me with all my company needs. Still to this day the customer service I receive is excellent. Quick response times and very accurate so that saves on time for me. I would seriously recommend this company.

The best kept secrets in the webhosting industry

This is how I found scalahosting 4 years ago, reading a review somewhere and up-to-date I’m still a happy customer. Imo, this is one of the best kept secrets in the webhosting industry, exceptional support and the cheapest prices, who can ask for more.

Best service with very reasonable price

It has been two years already since my services are on Scala Hosting. So far I never had service interrupts. When i needed assistance they were always there. My credit cards are changed and I forgot to update them in autopay in Scala Hosting for a long time. But they did not stopped/interrupted or bothered me in anyways.

Guys you are providing an excellent service for very reasonable price. Please keep up good work.

I've been with Scala for years!

I've been with Scala for a number of years, and I greatly appreciate the service and support. The benefits that I have, as a small business guy, are the up-time and performance, first & foremost. It's been a solid platform. Secondly, would be the fast and helpful support. Being inquisitive, I don't want to stop with just getting it fixed; I want to know what went wrong, so I can guard against it, if possible. They patiently field my (all too often dumb) questions, and help me not only get working, but understand. Thirdly, the pricing is fair. I have found cheaper hosting solutions, but haven't found better. And, finally, ease of use. they have tools and capabilities which make it easier to get what I need done, without having to spend the day on the phone (or email) with tech support. Great support when needed; but, perhaps it's best to mention how little it is needed! I recommend scala with no hesitation! They were recommended to me by a colleague, and I've been very happy with that introduction ever since.

Best tech support and reliable hosting…

Best tech support and reliable hosting I know. I've been client of Scala since June 2010. I never heard of them but I found a very good review about them somewhere in the web. I was about to start my own web design and graphic design agency and I knew I couldn't trust the big hosting companies (you know who I'm talking about) because I knew from first hand experience that many of my potential clients were scaping from those kind of hosting. I was a bit affraid becuase I didn't know anything about web hosting besides being little familiar with cPanel. I started with a reseller hosting plan but because of my lack of experience, later I knew I needed a VPS plan (I was advice by tech support regarding this issue). Since then, I haven't stop growing. I took MANY clients from my competitors because they got stucked with those big hosting companies and they never looked for something better. I was able to solve their email hosting problems with private IP.

I wish I wouldn't write such a long review but I want to be fair. I wouldn't be successful in my business without Scala and I have a lot to thank to the tech suppor team. The've been very fast and almost flawless. In these almost 10 years I can recall maybe 5 times when they didn't follow my tickets as requested. Those times I was so suprised because I just got used to their excellent service. I have no complaint. Maybe I have opened 500 or 1000 tickets (with several messages within them) or more in these years. So it's really nothing. Maybe without those few mistakes I'd say I'm being attended by robots. But they've been kind and had a lot of patience explaining to me lots of issues related to hosting so at the same time, I've learnt a lot from them.

I know at this point you may think I got paid or a discount for writting this review but I'm being very honest on all this. I was lucky someone took his time to write a review somewhere in the web 9 years ago which helped make up my mind and choose Scala. I know this might not be the experience for everyone but this is mine. I wish I was able to send a gift to the tech support wherever in the world they are, but at least I can sincerely say thanks each time they've been there to help.

To end, I must add that I've been able to white label my hostint services until know. In fact, my only concern is that one day my local competitors found about Scala because I will loose a very big advantage I have above them.

Give them a try for a month or three. I belive you won't regret. Until know, I have signed up for their most basic hosting, reseller, VPS and SSD cloud hosting (which is still under development but improving every time). I never need a dedicated server but I think I will never need one.
