I was looking for an easy way to transfer my paper loyalty cards to an online platform. Unfortunately this caused more of a headache. This website doesn't account for E commerce shops which is the main reason I need it. It also requires a lot of information not only from you but from your customers (like my address which I don't feel comfortable listing as an E commerce seller and the customers email). I was also quite disappointed that they don't offer a website as customers would not like to download an app just to use a loyalty card from one business. Not to mention, there's no easy way to cancel your membership and you're required to email them and wait for them to do it for you. The idea is there but the execution is off.

Put €20 into daughters account nothing happened put another €20 in took €40 out of my bank account and only got €20 credit Awful!! Old canteen would be packed everyday now its a ghostown And having everything online is an inconvenience for people should be allowed to use cash STAY AWAY FROM FOOD VILLAGE!!!!!

I used feed me app for first time today to order from Chicken Hut un Dublin 8.... I will never order from Chicken hut again. Food was terrible, chips were freezing, orders was missing items. The only positive thing about the food was the mayonnaise was nice on the burger. First time ordering from chicken hut and last time ill ever order from here. I was supposed to avail of a 10% discount as my first order though "Feed Me" app. The total cost including delivery was €52.60 and I received €1.50 off = €52.10.. Now, im no mathematician but I do know that that's not 10% off....
