Dreadful company to deal with, bought a commercial grade boiler recently, problems with it within its first few weeks and we were told that we would have to drop it to them and collect it and they may also charge us for repair. Obviously never heard of what their obligation is as part of EU warranty. We would have to pay all expenses. Reported it to them and received dreadful customer service. Avoid this company at all costs! The first time a commercial company we’ve dealt with has offered no service or warranty.

Great! I give this restaurant a 5/5 stars because the staff are lovely and patient and the aroma is on point. It is my first time here and i don’t think it will be my last either.The food was great and the cheese was so pulley something we all look for in a cheese toastie! The crisps i had with it were great and i don't think they could do any better! Thank you so much for serving me! I’ll never forget it

I would avoid at all costs! I used my frost form for the first time and it leaked everywhere! I contacted the company who asked for me to send pictures which I did, they then suggested that there may have been a manufacturing error so I asked for my money back, they refused and provided me instructions on how to re shape the product myself! I explained it shouldn’t be my place to re shape their faulty product and that I wanted a refund, I am still waiting for a reply even after several additional attempts to contact them! Absolutely shocking

In fairness, the goods did arrive with a packet of Caron coffee as a kind gesture. The goods were were not suitable, but I was given a refund immediately, and provided with a label to return the goods.

I've been buying Remus's baguettes through Sheridans for years. We had a French themed party so I needed a good quantity and went to him directly. Simply the nicest baguettes you can buy. We ordered a Fraisier cake as well which was delicious, the set creme centre was perfect for a hot day. Delivered fresh that morning. I will absolutely be ordering again. Many Thanks, Andrew

I ordered a Quarantine box and Cookie dough last week to my friends house as a surprise only to find out they were delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to delivery number on the same day of delivery and received no response. Aisling (The founder) stated that this was an automated number however after calling the number the call went through. The delivery driver claimed to have rang the bell of the house (the address provided had no bell so it was the wrong address) there was no answer and left the treats on the doorstep of the house. Delivery driver did not leave a text nor call my mobile number to say there was no answer and that they were left on the doorstep of the property. I sent a screenshot of my call logs and SMS messages on the delivery date to Aisling as I received no correspondence. I later enquired to see if the delivery driver could provide information to say that they attempted to call/text or email the the number provided at point of purchase however there was no follow up on this matter. I then enquired to ask if the driver could recall the colour of the door or description of the doorstep that the treats were dropped off at. Here was the response "As a business we do not have the resources to investigate this further" I contacted the owner on Instagram, by SMS and email on several occasions and received no response until 4 days later and had to result to a Consumer Protection dispute in order to get an email response from the company. Below you can find their response after 4 days. 'Significant time has elapsed since the delivery date & you raising an issue with us, therefore making it more difficult to investigate this matter.' As this is an online business in the 21st century my gut reaction was 'surely they can check their records of the supposed delivery'. It truly is a pity as I was a loyal customer and received nothing but a superb experience but unfortunately I received the bag egg (apologies for the animal pun). Furthermore, they were quite ambiguous in providing further information and really do not deserve your business. There are a growing number of other plant based ethical Irish businesses you can support or you can support the multinationals, either way your consumer rights will be respected by shopping elsewhere. A word of advice as your business is in a rapid growth phase I would recommend outsourcing deliveries to a courier that have a reliable tracking system in place or if not at least get the driver to attempt a call or leave a text message that the goods could not be delivered and were left in a safe place. As this business strives to promote animal rights please do not let the basic consumer rights be on the back burner.

I went to Corcaigh Park with my mum and she bought 2 coffees from The Rolling Donut van that parks up in the carpark there. Her coffee was so hot and so strong it was undrinkable. My coffee tasted bad, like grease from cooking. I went back to the van with my own to ask for a refund for my mum. The girl in the van said she wouldn't give me a refund because the milk was good?? In any normal situation in any cafe, a refund or a replacement would be offered. Nothing like that happened here. As a customer of this company I'm disappointed with the low level of quality of product, and with the bad customer service
