Glovo Georgia (TBILISI) couriers are scammers We are partner/venue on glovo, they have a system where if an order is made with cash payment the courier should hand over cash to you when they take the order away (bolt, wolt etc don't have such a stupid system, if its a cash order the payment just goes direct to your bank and you're not expected to do all this nonsense. Well what happens is everytime the courier's come to get the order and of course don't give cash (on purpose) essentially scamming us everytime there is a cash order. I contacted glovo to tell them about this many times and apparently its my responisibility to make sure the courier doesn't scam us each time. Useless company with useless support Would absolutely avoid if you're a small business they dont care about you. unfortunately doesn't allow me to upload a photo here. THIS IS WHAT I SENT THEM : Hi there, your couriers are always trying scams and never pay us when there is cash orders yesterday we had cash order and once again they didn't give us the cash and nor did they report it to you when they made mistake to not give us cash... the order in question is GEVAKYRJZ THIS IS WHAT THEY SENT ME Hi partner! If an order is marked as "cash" payment, it indicates that the courier will need to pay in cash at your store upon collection. In the "Order History" section, look for the column "Payment method > Cash". It's important to collect cash from the courier as specified. If the situation changes and the order transitions to cash payment unexpectedly, always refer to the Orders app for the most updated details. For invoicing, the total amount collected in cash will be deducted from your final invoice sum. Through the Orders app or the Manager Portal, you can view and filter your orders based on whether they were paid for by cash or card. As an exception, we write the courier number, contact us. The courier provided us with information that if he arrives at the object during the day, he will leave the money for you, if not, he will transfer it to your account. For the following, keep in mind that the facility is fully responsible for the ordering process.
