Zeta Xi Theta was a pre-War fraternal organization located in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Background[]
The Zeta Xi Theta Greek Society was a fraternity at Vault-Tec University. Their residence was along Fraternity Row, alongside the houses of Pi Kappa Mu, Delta Sigma, Delta Tau Epsilon, and Eta Psi Epsilon Tau. The fraternity house is boarded up and inaccessible.
Behind the scenes[]
The name Zeta Xi Theta may be a reference to the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta, as the add-on is entirely aboard the eponymous Mothership Zeta, and is started by following the Recon craft Theta beacon radio signal to a crashed alien recon craft.
