David "Zeb" Cook is a developer who worked at Interplay Entertainment on Fallout 2 as a designer and was responsible for Navarro and the New California Republic (town). He is currently active in the computer MMO field.
Over the years, his work has covered a broad range of genres and game styles in both the PnP and computer fields. In PnP these include RPGs, board games, party games, and card games with fantasy, sci-fi, superhero, modern adventure, war, and comedy genres. Cook is particularly known for being the lead designer on the 2nd edition of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game and the Planescape campaign setting.
