Background[]
Xuan Duong led the team that worked on the Quantum Plasma Modulation Matter Injection Rifle project following the company's acquisition by RobCo Industries. Xuan was the recipient of data stolen from Poseidon Energy's Project SEMELE, given to him by Vice President Carl Rook, and Xuan promptly gave the data to the rest of the project team. This led to a major breakthrough in the project, and the team finally managed to produce a working prototype.[1][2]
