Pastor Williams was a pastor at Haven Church before the Great War.
Background[]
Beverly Cline submitted a complaint to Pastor Williams threatening a lawsuit if the Miss Nanny Chloe was not banned from the church.[1] After the bombs dropped, the church took in refugees for shelter and spiritual guidance, but quickly became overloaded.[2]
