The Western Maryland Correctional Facility was a prison in Maryland that was the source of the Free Radicals raider group.
Background[]
Before the Great War, Roper was the head guard of the prison watching over prisoners that he would reform into the Free Radicals after the Great War.[1] By 2103, he led the Free Radicals into the Forest region of Appalachia to take over the WV Lumber Co.
