Administrator Notes: This guy obviously is pretty thorough. Just look at his list of enemies. The only one still alive is trapped in a computer simulation for all eternity! Recent surveillance reported that he single-handedly wiped out the Slaver outpost in Paradise Falls. He's also been spotted nearby the Fairfax Ruins, engaging the local Raider population. He's usually seen traveling with an unidentified dog, and a Ghoul merc by the name of Charon. Both are heavily armed and extremely dangerous. Recommend we steer clear of him until we can put together a large enough strike group. The only time we've come CLOSE to eliminating him is when we knocked off that butch Brotherhood chick with the hammer that used to follow him around. What was her name, Cross, or something like that? Regardless, every verti-assault team we throw at him out in the wastes has lost contact. Bottom line: We watch him, for now. In the meantime, let's take another look at this intel we recieved about a Raider base in Pittsburgh. Victor appears to be preparing for a trip heading that way. We won't deploy any troops to investigate, let's just watch how this plays out. Who knows? Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll incapicitate each other. Kill two birds with one stone, as it were.
