Hey there. How ya doing? See, I just recently started editing articles on Fallout wiki. The Vault is the first Wikipedia site where I have ever wanted to add a note here and there. That's only because the Fallout universe itself is a fascinating exercise in the moral ambiguities of choice dividing survivalism from justice. Yeah it's 'just' a game, but still: in Fallout 3, there are many unusual choices that lead to a kind of bittersweet pathos. Even more impressive to me is that such a large and complex game has so few programming issues, relatively speaking.
- I am interested in any genre which explores the process of day-to-day decision-making (both human and non-human), and in how such choices are communicated.
Anyway, it's only today that (finally) I looked at the editing tutorial on Central Wikia. Boy, am I surprised and encouraged by this summary on Page 1:
- Don't be afraid to edit - anyone can edit almost any page, and we encourage you to have a go! Find something that can be improved, either in content, grammar or formatting, and fix it.
- You can't break Wikia. Anything can be fixed or improved later. So go ahead, find a page and edit!
