My Fallout 4 builds[]

Unlike Fallout 3 or New Vegas, Fallout 4 gives you less points to build up your character (33 in 3/NV, 21 in 4), whether this involves something like implants or bobble-heads is unknown. Despite the lack of knowledge of the game, I'm still going to be creating the builds and explain why the builds may be useful.

Nathan Steele AKA Dallas[]

Dallas from Payday 2. despite robbing banks, he is still able to persuade civilians or even law enforcers to aid him. his build will involve high charisma and agility. since he also uses medical supplies, he will also have high intelligence and endurance.

  • Strength: 1 (No notable feats of strength.)
  • Perception: 1 (no notable feats of perception.)
    Dallasweb

    Nathan Steele

  • Endurance: 4 (4 endurance increases Dallas' health by 50% then 1 endurance, similar to his crew chief perk deck, increasing his health by 45% then normal.)
  • Charisma: 10 (Dallas has the power to intimidate foes.)
  • Intelligence: 3 (Dallas knows how to mod a gun, taking him up to Gun nut.)
  • Agility: 5 (Dallas doesn't use perks like sneak or commando, but he uses gunslinger, and since there were spare points, the rest went onto this skill)
  • Luck: 3 (Fast and furious perk in payday is equal to bloody mess (both increase damage by 5%, and increasing ammo pickup)

Why this build?: This build is useful if you want a speech/guns build, since he has high charisma and agility. he can deal with problems head on, but if he's dealing with a gang that's out of his league, he may be able to persuade them to leave peacefully or ask someone for help without the use of caps. plus his "high" (since 4 is the new average) intelligence will give him more medicine. More medicine will make Stimpak more effective. So even if he is injured from fighting a small gang of mutants, he will have no problem recovering from the aftermath. Overall, if you find some people you want to persuade but you want to still have gun skills, I recommend this build.

Other notes: Will Codsworth say his/her name?: very possible. Nathan is the 38th most popular male name (on US nameberry).

Hanzo Hasashi AKA Scorpion[]

Scorpion from Mortal Kombat. even though we won't be able to use his hellfire moves or even his infamous spear move, I thought I should do a build like this, a build that doesn't rely on weapons to kill, but also not relying on speech as well.

  • Strength: 10 (Master of kombat, scorpion is (almost) unequal in the art of kombat.)
  • Perception: 1 (no notable feats of perception.)
    Radscorpion

    Not this Scorpion...

  • Endurance: 7 (Scorpion somehow still manages to fight even with broken bones.)
  • Charisma: 1 (no notable feats of charisma)
  • Intelligence: 1 (no notable feats of intelligence)
  • Agility: 7 (scorpion is a ninja, he is able sneak into a military base without anyone noticing.)
  • Luck: 1 (he always aids the bad guys, even if it's unintentional.)

Why this build?: If you prefer getting up close (even if it's something illogical like a deathclaw) this is the build for you. high strength and endurance means high melee output. If you want to sneak into a building and kill someone without using guns, this is a great build for that because of it's high agility. If you're unlucky, this build doesn't rely on luck, since the critical chance is 1%, so it doesn't matter (though it would be nice). Overall, if you're a true kombatant, this is the build for you.

Other notes: Will Codsworth say his/her name?: Very Unlikely; not an american name, plus it's not a very popular name.

James Bond AKA 007[]

James Bond. Not only is he silent and deadly, he's also a womanizer. Even at times when he's not armed with his Walther PPK, he is still able to cheat death, whether if he has to rely on unarmed combat, or if it's just pure luck.

  • Strength: 7 (James is a master in hand-to-hand and he is able to use heavier weapons)
  • Perception: 5 (James Bond has some skills with lock picking and with explosives)
    James bond

    Mr. Bond

  • Endurance: 4 (James has survived a few bullets and poisons in his life)
  • Charisma: 3 (James is a womanizer, he knows what buttons to press)
  • Intelligence: 1 (no notable feats of intelligence)
  • Agility: 7 (He is very good at sneaking behind foes and taking them down)
  • Luck: 1 (no notable feats of luck)

Why this build?: like scorpion build, this is good for stealth missions, but unlike scorpion, he can't use melee weapons as efficiently. Instead, relies more on his hand-to-hand combat skills to get out of tough situations. he also has more luck, quadrupling the critical chance to 4%. he also has high charisma as well, being able to pass more charisma checks then the average person. overall, this build relies on stealth and combat avoiding, but if you have to go into a gun fight, this build is also useful. If there are silencers in fallout 4, mutant's beware...

Other notes: Will Codsworth say his/her name?: very likely; 9th on US nameberry.

Richard AKA Jacket[]

Jacket from Hotline Miami. Unlike the other builds above this one, Jacket is an usual one, game play wise. he relies on melee, but he cannot take much damage. This is a sort of "kamikaze" build, you place all your cards out on the table and hope this works.

  • Strength: 7 (Richard is skilled, not only hand to hand, but with melee weapons and he can hold heavier weapons)
  • Perception: 3 (Jacket knows where his enemies are before they know where he is)
  • Endurance: 1 (No notable feats of endurance)
  • Charisma: 5 (He can convince animals, mainly dogs not to attack him)
  • Intelligence: 1 (no notable feats of intelligence)
  • Agility: 7 (If jacket can sneak close enough, he is able to kill anything instantly)
  • Luck: 3 (Jacket sometimes can turn his enemies into a puddle of blood and gore) 2SP

Why this build?: although unintentional (since I need to get a high score for agility for gun skills), Jacket has a lot of sneak, so this could be used for stealth missions, especially with his high strength score. And if you had a suppressor on your gun, Jacket can be very dangerous, especially with sneak-crits. loud-wise, jacket could be useful, if he makes sure he isn't shot at first, since he doesn't have a high endurance score, he also won't be able to get prices low, or pass speech checks, since his charisma is low. overall: if you want to go loud, this is a "kamikaze build", he does a lot of damage, but he can't take a lot either.

Other notes: Will Codsworth say his/her name?: very possible; 141st on US nameberry.
