I'm adding articles currently to Fallout: New Vegas for small things that get overlooked or quests that don't appear in the quest list.
Examples: Left My Heart, Mrs. Weathers, Cottonwood Overlook, Daniel Wyand, Great Khan Encampment, or Claws Mended. Just a few examples.
I also enjoy fixing typos or correcting capitalization and adding missing periods.
The pages I follow are pages I've either created or ones I have heavily contributed to. Sometimes I'll stop following a page for no particular reason, but never ones I created.
