Members of the US Army Reserve under the 708th Infantry Division were deployed to Boston in late 2077 to assist the Boston Police Department with food distribution. Sergeant John Reise of the 708th worked alongside Detective McDonnell and Sergeant S. Randall from the police department in this capacity.[1]

After the war, a reservist named K. Kelly joined the Brotherhood of Steel in Appalachia. However, it is left unspecified whether she was specifically an army reservist.[2]
