A uniform voucher that was issued to private Darek Archibald. It can be given to the Quartermaster Gutsy at Camp McClintock in return for army fatigues and the accompanying helmet during the quest Back to Basic.

Found in Camp McClintock, in a random location within the left side barracks during Back to Basic.
