Torn note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Nuka-World on Tour update.
Location[]
The note can be found at Abandoned mine shaft 2 during What Slept Beneath. It is on the first level of the pods, on a desk next to a bloody skeleton. The note cannot be taken.
