Background[]
As one of the mayors of Watoga, Thomas Molly had to deal with the Saboteur, Scott Turner, who was growing increasingly frustrated with the city's methods of selecting the mayor. Under the mayor preceding Molly, Turner reprogrammed the protectron chefs to pepper bomb all of the city's food, which Molly was not informed about. He was also unaware of any of Turner's previous demands, which led to Turner frenzying the city's robots.[1]
