General store name[]

Why is it called this? The real name of it is the Zion General Store, it's referred to as that in terminal entries inside of the store. User OfficialLolGuy  OfficialLolGuy  Talk  Blog  20:01, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

It's marked as "General Store" on the Pip-Boy map, and we usually use what people will most likely search for. Since "General Store" rather than "Zion General Store" shows up in the Pip-Boy, that what the page was called. Although, the lead section can be altered to represent the business' real name. --Kastera (talk) 20:06, January 1, 2014 (UTC)
I've seen a few articles where the actual name of an article is preferred and chosen over in-game names. Is there a policy on how this is used, or anything? User OfficialLolGuy  OfficialLolGuy  Talk  Blog  20:10, January 1, 2014 (UTC)
There's no set in stone policy concerning this, no. These things are usually just sorted out as they come up. --Kastera (talk) 20:13, January 1, 2014 (UTC)
Maybe we should change the name in that case and set up a redirect; that'll solve the search problem and the in-game name thing. Alter the lead section to something like:

The Zion General Store, referred to in the Pip-Boy as simply General Store, blah blah? -- GOTW User | Talk 20:32, January 1, 2014 (UTC)

Sounds good to me. I'll made the move, etc. --Kastera (talk) 20:35, January 1, 2014 (UTC)
