Using an Xbox One and a downloaded copy of the game, I've found noticed there's a chance a random "What Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L." video will appear at game start up before the Red Rocket opening sequence. Can anyone else confirm this is true and does it happen on the PS4/PC ?

What's the frequency, Nora?[]

I hypothesize that the films don't show up "randomly" but rather based on something like time since you last saw one (24 hours? 18?) or certain number of times the game starts (every 4th time? 9th?). I don't have any data yet, but I'm going to start taking notes now. Maybe someone else has done this but I can't find anything other than people surprised that the game starts with the films at all.
