Notable pie[]

Argument for including the guaranteed Perfectly preserved pie (Fallout 76) drop on the rooftop:

This is the only guaranteed drop for this item in the game. Regardless of perceived value of the item, unique is unique.
The only other way to get this item is to farm it - potentially for hours - at a Port-A-Diner.
Item has a special place in the game's economy - actual prices in player Vending machine (Fallout 76)s vary from the hundreds to the tens of thousands, skewing towards the higher end of the spectrum.
For the sake of consistency, I don't see why the Damaged Hazmat suit (Fallout 76), a commonly found, low-value, low-utility item is more worthy of inclusion among notable loot...
