Victor's random spawns[]
One of the worst locations Victor showed up was inside Hidden Valley. it seems after the Boulder City part of this free quest if you don't meet Victor after Boulder City Showdown, he seems to chase after if you until he does meet you (mainly if you've waited in one location for an extended period of time) BlackDragon666 (talk) 09:54, December 5, 2013 (UTC)
When I entered Novac, I leveled up, then I got my skills up enough to make stimpaks, so fast travelled back to Goodsprings to get broc flowers (Ingredient for Stims), and I ended up exploring around Goodsprings, near the Deathclaws, and RANDOMLY, Victor just rolled up and talked to me as if I was in Novac, then murdered some Radscorpions and Deathclaws.
