Fallout 2[]

This section needs a rewrite as it is far too informal and contains pointless information-the whole second section. Notes on locations in the first two games would be nice also-ie the majority of those found in F1 are on lv3 of vault 13 in a chest and in the case of F2 you get one at the start of the game and can find a few in Vic's shack. —Preceding comment was unsigned. So, fun fact.

I don't know if it's caused by having an Endurance of 6 as opposed to 5 or by having more than 20% Outdoorsman or by having Outdoorsman tagged. BUT I just started with three flasks. Handy! - 83.13.203.182 22:14, May 12, 2011 (UTC)

if i read it right it says there is clothing with a functioning canteen attached? if so what outfits might those be?
