Vance seems to have a unique voice actor. It sounds a lot like Brian Drummond who did the voice for Vegeta in Dragonball Z. Can anyone confirm this? 78.146.140.189 22:05, 13 January 2009 (UTC)

Vance's voice actor did other roles in the game as well. If you listen carefully and compare, Vance's voice sounds very similar to the traveling merchant, Crow's.--Gardimuer 00:30, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
Vance is probably voiced by Jeff Baker. When he goes all mysterious and vampire-y, he suspiciously sounds like Haskill from Oblivion POLE7645 22:44, February 28, 2011 (UTC)

Will Vance be there if Megaton is exploded and I never talked to Lucy West? I never started quest Blood Ties. I killed everyone in Arefu before talking to anyone. Before the guy throw a nade... I went to the familys place but Vance is not there. Everybody else is..
Have you checked the West's house in Arefu? Doing that might trigger the quest.

In my first run-through, after completing Blood Ties I went back and killed every inhabitant of Arefu. However, when I returned to The Family, they were unresponsive and only said things like "you're Evan King's killer, huh? You don't look so tough," or "we consume to survive. Your killings in Arefu were for sport." None of The Family were hostile, and apart from the lack of dialogue, they behaved as though I hadn't killed the Arefu residents. Can anyone prove/disprove this?
